Find a way to move them — through presence, positioning, or the weight of how you hold the space.
Sharpen the case. More evidence, better structure, arguments they cannot dismiss.

People trusted the direction and built something together — the leadership made it possible.
The analysis was right when others were wrong. The result confirmed it.
